The luxury apartment "Vista del Mar" has an excellent view and location. Since the sea is only 10 minutes away on foot (you can hear the sea rustling), you can enjoy the whole beach life. Due to the proximity to the old town of Malaga (15 minutes by car), it is a good idea to visit the gourmet and museum city and enjoy the interesting nightlife. The accommodation is approximately 200m ² and has its own pool, garden and entrance. The most impressive is the view of the Mediterranean Sea and the skyline of Rincon. The outdoor facilities (approx. 200m²) are for the sole use of the tenants and are on the same level as the luxury apartment. Here is the pool with lawn, the terrace with a dining table for 6 people, a lounge corner and the outdoor kitchen with grill. A pergola provides sun protection. The panoramic view is breathtaking.
The pool is on one level with the living room / dining room and is the quasi-extension of the living room. It is about 8x4m in size and offers a 180 degree uninterrupted view of the Bay of Malaga, Rincon de la Victoria and the Mediterranean Sea.
As the apartment is on a hill of 110m it has a magnificent view (180 degrees) of the Mediterranean, with a good view of Africa and Gibraltar and the Bay of Malaga including the port. By wind you can watch the kite surfers at the height of the apartments. In the mornings and evenings you can see the fishing boats on their way to the fishing grounds, as well as the arrival and departure of the cruise ships. You can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach and hear the waves rustling.
The living room, the dining room and the kitchen form a large room of over 100m² with large panoramic windows, various leisure games (billiards, table football etc.). Here is also the 70 inch TV with all 2000 programs and a stereo. You have a panoramic view from all points in the room.
The dining room consists of a pull-out large wooden table with 4 chairs. There is also a couch in the dining room, which can be converted into a double bed if required. From the dining table I have a wonderful view.
There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is about 20m². It has a large built-in closet, a small anteroom with a couch and a mirror. The bed is 2x2m. From the bed you have a view of the Mediterranean. Access to the bathroom is directly in the bedroom (en-suite), as is access to the living room
The second bedroom is 25m² and has a double bed, a double bed, a closet, a mirror and 2 bedside tables, each with a lamp. From the bed you look at a mountain slope.
The bathroom is "en-suite" to the large bedroom is approximately 7m². It has 1 sink, a shower and a toilet.
The other bathroom bathroom (6sqm) is located opposite the dining room / kitchen in the living room. It has a shower, a sink, a washing machine and a toilet.
