The holiday villa " Villa Buganvilla " (approx. 200m²) is located in the luxury urbanisation Lo Cea in Rincon de la Victoria (Malaga). It is a 10-minute walk to the beach. From almost all rooms and terraces of the " Villa Buganvilla " you have a panoramic sea view. The holiday villa is designed for disabled access and for the use of a wheelchair. The holiday villa is 20 minutes from the centre of Malaga and 5 minutes from the Golf Course.  From the airport it takes about 15-20 minutes. Rincon de la Victoria is one of the most prosperous municipalities in the province of Malaga and has the only sea cave in Europe.
The new holiday villa, modernised in 2019, is located close to the beach with beautiful sea views and a Mediterranean garden.
The plot of Villa Buganvilla is approx. 900m². There is 1 main terrace (approx. 200 sqm) with a wonderful panoramic view. About half of the terrace is covered. From all positions of the holiday villa you can admire the evening sunsets and at night the sea of lights of Malaga and Rincon de la Victoria or watch the cruise ships coming in during the day. On clear days, you can see as far as Africa from Villa Buganvilla. The large driveway of Villa Buganvilla is also used as a car park. A dog is welcome. On the terrace of the holiday villa there is a large dining table, a bench, a couch, 4 sunbeds and a gas barbecue.

Pool Villa Buganvilla

The (optional) heated salt water pool of Villa Buganvilla has a size of approx. 10x3.5m. A small platform has been built in, on which especially small children can splash around. From there you also have a 180 degree free sea view. You can hear the sea from the holiday villa. The feeling and the view are indescribable. The pool is on the same level as the holiday villa (disabled access).

Since Villa Buganvilla is situated on a hill of approx. 80m, you have a magnificent sea view (180 degrees) of the Mediterranean Sea, with good visibility to Africa and Gibraltar. When the wind is blowing, you can watch the kite surfers at the height of Villa Buganvilla. In the mornings and evenings, you can watch the fishing boats on their way to the fishing grounds from the holiday villa, as well as the cruise ships entering and leaving the port of Malaga. From Villa Buganvilla, you can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach and hear the waves crashing when the wind blows.

The living room of the Villa Buganvilla and the kitchen form one unit. In the living room of the vacation villa there are two sofas with a coffee table, a huge TV, stereo speakers (Bluetooth) and games for children and adults. Over 70 German TV channels are receivable in the villa Buganvilla (also Spanish and French channels). From the couch you have a beautiful sea view.  Somewhat elevated is a 3rd sofa with chairs and table.

There are 3 bedrooms in Villa Buganvilla. The first bedroom is 20m². It has a large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and pool with a beautiful sea view from the bed. The bed of Villa Buganvilla is 1,80x2m. The access to the bathroom of the holiday villa is directly at the bedroom (en-suite).
The second bedroom is 18m² and has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with a lamp each, air conditioning and access to the bathroom (en-suite). This room is the only one without sea view.
The third bedroom is 20m² and has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and air conditioning. From the bed you look out over the Bay of Malaga and the Rincon de la Victoria coastline. It has an en-suite bathroom, an extra separate entrance and is handicapped accessible and suitable for a wheelchair. The 3rd bedroom of Villa Buganvilla is only accessible for occupancy of 5 or 6 people.

All 3 bathrooms of Villa Buganvilla are "En Suite" The bathroom of the holiday villa to the master bedroom is approx. 10m² in size and has a sea view. It has 2 washbasins, a shower and a toilet.
The 2nd bathroom of the villa Buganvilla (10m²) is also "En-Suite" to the 2nd bedroom. It has a shower, a washbasin, a toilet.
The third bathroom (8m²) is located ("En-Suite") to the 3rd bedroom of Villa Buganvilla is handicapped accessible and suitable for a wheelchair. It has a washbasin, a wheelchair accessible shower and a wheelchair accessible toilet.

The American kitchen of the holiday villa " Villa Buganvilla " forms a unit with the approx. 50 sqm living room and has the following equipment: refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, mixer, espresso machine and all necessary small electrical appliances. There is also a dining table here.

weekly price Villa Buganvilla

The prices for the vacation villa are for occupancy up to a maximum of 4 people.
For each additional person 50€/day will be added.
Final cleaning is 175€ once.
From 2022 we charge a weekly energy flat rate of 100€, the optional pool heating is charged according to expenditure.
Low season is November, December (except Christmas/New Year), January, February.
The deposit is 300€. There are no additional costs.
Prices for wintering on request.
Renting in the high season is always from Saturday to Saturday
