Villa Rincon del Mar (approx. 200m²) is located in the luxury urbanisation Lo Cea in Rincon de la Victoria (Malaga). The beach from the holiday villa is a 10-minute walk away. From all rooms and terraces you have a panoramic sea view. The Villa Rincon del Mar is 20 minutes from the centre of Malaga and 5 minutes from the golf course. From the airport it is about 15-20 minutes to the holiday villa. Rincon de la Victoria is one of the most prosperous communities in the province of Malaga and has the only sea cave in Europe.
The plot of the holiday villa is approx. 1000m². There are 4 main terraces, which together amount to approx. 500m². From all terraces of the Villa Rincon del Mar you can admire the evening sunsets and at night the sea of lights of and or during the day you can watch the arrival of the cruise ships in the. On clear days, you can also see as far as Africa from all points of the holiday villa. On the pool terrace of the Villa Rincon del Mar there is a pergola of approx. 50m², which offers a pleasant sun protection. An infrared sauna, an outdoor shower and various outdoor furniture (large lounge, loungers, bar table) are also located here. On another large terrace of Villa Rincon del Mar there is a dining table for 10 people, a gas barbecue and a water fountain. The terrace of the holiday villa has a sun awning and is surrounded by walls on 3 sides and open to the sea on one side. This gives you the classic "patio feeling", but with a panoramic view. Above the pool terrace, an access to the upper part of the property has been built. A table tennis table is also located on the terrace of Villa Rincon del Mar. At the entrance to the house there is a small sitting area. The property is completely fenced (especially good for tenants with dog).
