DThe Villa Buganvilla (approx. 200m ²) is located in the luxury urbanization Lo Cea in Rincon de la Victoria (Malaga). It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Almost all rooms and terraces have a panoramic sea view. The villa is 20 minutes from the center of Malaga and 5 minutes from the golf course. It takes about 15-20 minutes from the airport. Rincon de la Victoria is the wealthiest city in the province of Malaga and has the only sea cave in Europe.

The property is approximately 900m ². There is 1 main terrace (approx. 200 sqm) with a wonderful panoramic view. About half of the terrace is covered. From all positions you can admire the evening sunsets and the night lights of Malaga and Rincon or watch the arrival of the cruise ships in the port during the day. On clear days you can see as far as Africa.
The salt water pool has a size of approx. 10x3.5m. He has built a small platform on which children can splash around. From there it has a 180 degree sea view. You can hear the sea rustling. The feeling and the view are indescribable.
DThat the villa is located on a hill of 80m you have a magnificent view (180 degrees) of the Mediterranean Sea, with a good view of Africa and Gibraltar and of the Bay of Malaga including the port. In windy conditions you can watch the kite surfers at the height of the villa. In the mornings and evenings you can see the fishing boats on their way to the fishing grounds, as can the arrival and departure of the cruise ships. You can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach and hear the waves rustling.
In the living room there is a couch with a coffee table and 2 armchairs, a huge TV. Over 70 German television programs can be received. Mine has a beautiful sea view from the couch.
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is 20m². It has a large built-in closet, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and pool. The bed is 1.80x2m. From the bed you have a view of the Mediterranean. Access to the bathroom is directly from the bedroom (en-suite).
The second bedroom is 18m² and has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with a lamp each, air conditioning and access to the bathroom (en-suite). This room is the only one with no sea view.
The third bedroom is 20 m² and has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and air conditioning. From the bed you can see the Bay of Malaga and the coastline of Rincon de la Victoria. It has a bathroom en-suite, an extra separate entrance and is suitable for wheelchairs. The bedroom is only accessible for an occupancy of 5 or 6 people.
The bathroom is "en-suite" to the master bedroom (10m²) and with a sea view. It has 2 sinks, a shower and a toilet.
The 2nd bathroom (10m²) is "en-suite" to the 2nd bedroom. It has a shower, a sink, a toilet.
The third bathroom (8m²) is "en-suite" to the 3rd bedroom. It has a sink, a wheelchair-accessible shower and a toilet.
The American kitchen forms a unit with the approx. 50 sqm living room and has the following equipment: refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, mixer, espresso machine and all the necessary small electrical appliances.
The prices are for an occupancy of up to 4 people. For every additional person there is an additional 50 € / day
Final cleaning once € 150.
Low season is November, December (except Christmas / New Year), January, February
The deposit is € 300. There are no additional costs.
